On the same day that the Detroit Lions had their uniforms accidentally leaked early by Fanatics, the Denver Broncos might have had their new uniforms leaked as well.
The source is, admittedly, not extremely reliable. “CTESPNNetwork,” a meme Twitter/X page associated with Antonio Brown (yes, really) tweeted concept art on Thursday claiming it’s Denver’s new uniform.
The images have not yet been confirmed as legitimate, but they do have some details that seem to match descriptions of previous potential leaks. No photos of the helmets were released, but we do know some details about them, too.
Mario Vetanze has tweeted that the uniform will feature three helmet shells: a primary matte navy, an alternate white and a blue throwback. Benjamin Allbright of KOA Radio says the white helmet will not have a stripe down the middle, and the pants feature “5280” written on the side (which is something Vetanze alluded to previously).
It’s important to keep a few things in mind on these potential leaks. First, they might not be real. Second, if they are real, they might be early mockups that have been tweaked. Third, uniforms often look different on the players than they do on a screen.
With those caveats in mind, here’s a sampling of how fans have reacted to the designs. Most of the reactions have been negative, but there are some fans who like the look — and others who want to see the final product worn by a player before making a judgment.
