Last Friday, the Colorado Rockies traded Ryan McMahon to the New York Yankees — a move that needed to be made, but perhaps still surprised a lot of us that they actually pulled the trigger. On Tuesday, we asked you how many more trades you thought the Rockies would make ahead of yesterday’s deadline. Once again, you all seem to have a crystal ball!
The majority thought the Rockies would make two more trades:
They ended up doing just that. On Wednesday morning, they sent Tyler Kinley to the Atlanta Braves and yesterday afternoon in the waning hours of the deadline, they sent Jake Bird to join McMahon in the Bronx.
