This year, Aramark is in a celebratory mood.

Colorado Rockies baseball returns to Coors Field today, and that means new menu items in addition to the on-field action.

This year, there’s a twist: Aramark is celebrating its 30th anniversary with Coors Field, a theme apparent in some of the offerings.

Check out what’s new.

Triple Play Sliders (Section 115)

If sliders are your thing, this is your year since Triple Play Sliders will make their debut at Coors Field. The menu will feature three speciality sliders.

  • Italian Slider – Spicy Italian sausage, pesto, and fried cheese ravioli covered in balsamic marinara on a toasted slider bun.
  • Birria Slider – Birria and melted chihuahua cheese, topped with cilantro and onion on a toasted slider bun.
  • Chorizo Slider – Chorizo patty, guacamole, salsa molcajete, and melted chihuahua cheese on a toasted slider bun.

No mixing allowed, though. Each order includes three sliders of the same variety. Just know, they’re Dinger’s favorite.

30th Anniversary Lager and Smoked Wings (The Sand Lot Brewery — Right Field Corner)

The Sand Lot Brewery will be serving a 30th Anniversary Lager and smoked wings. The three exclusive beverages are Sandlot Shandy, Sandlot Slam, and Wicked Hop

As for the wings, they’re brined and slow smoked in-house, hand tossed in buffalo or BBQ sauce — you choose! — and served with a side of Ranch.

Wild Fries (Section 306)

If you’re going to the ballpark, fries are always a good choice. This year, Aramark is serving thinly cut potato fries tossed with seasoned salt and served with a side of dipping sauce.

Nothing fancy, but you can’t go wrong with a classic.

Wazee Burger (Sections 125 and 137)

If you’re feeling peckish, the Wazee Burger may be just what you need.

It’s a half-pound beef patty on a toasted potato bun with sliced cheddar cheese, bacon, boom boom sauce, lettuce, and tomato.

Dessert Nachos (Section 134 Grill)

Who doesn’t enjoy dessert? This year, Aramark offers up its new Dessert Nachos. Picture this: fried flour tortillas tossed in cinnamon sugar, topped with powdered sugar and caramel drizzle, and served with a side of whipped cream.

Frozen Fastballs (Section 202)

When Coors is Coorsing — and you know that’s going to happen — you may find a Frozen Fastball is just what you need. It’s 16 oz alcoholic or non-alcoholic snow cone in a souvenir Rockies Fastball cup. Choose your favorite flavor: mango, strawberry, Italian watermelon or raspberry wild.

Polidori (Sections 107 & 321 & The Outfield)

Given the success of its 2024 debut, Polidori has expanded in 2025.

All locations will feature three specialty brats: Polidori Chorizo Brat (Chihuahua cheese with bacon pieces and corn, and topped with potato stix); Hatch Green Chile Brat (topped with poblano, bell peppers, and onions); and Jalapeno Cheddar Brat (topped with poblano, bell peppers, onions, fresh jalapeños, and bacon pieces).

Throwback Combo

Aramark is not only introducing some new menu items, but they’re also reviving a classic Throwback Combo. It includes a Super Dog and a medium fountain drink for just $5.

So that’s what’s happening with the Coors Field menu in 2025.

After you’ve given some of these dishes a try, leave a review in the comments. (Think of it as “Purple Row Yelp.”
