The Denver Nuggets signed-and-waived Dane Goodwin on Friday, sources told Keith Smith of Spotrac.
Goodwin is expected to join the Grand Rapids Gold in the G League for next season.
Goodwin averaged 11.5 points with the Salt Lake City Stars last year.
