Get ready for Game 5 of the 2025 Western Conference semifinals between the Oklahoma City Thunder and Denver Nuggets, which tips off at 6:30 p.m. PT on TNT. The Thunder are coming off a strong Game 4 win to host a huge game with the series tied 2-2. The Thunder, led by Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, who scored 25 points in Game 4, will try to capitalize on their home-court advantage and maintain momentum from their last win. The Nuggets, led by Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray, face a ton of pressure to respond and avoid falling into a 3-2 hole.

The winner of Game 5 will grab a significant edge in this tightly contested series, which has featured back-and-forth victories and multiple games that were decided down the wire. Let’s look at the Thunder vs Nuggets Game 5 odds and determine the best Thunder-Nuggets player props to bet on in this crucial game.

3 Best Thunder-Nuggets Player Props To Bet For Game 5

Alex Caruso: Over 1.5 Three-Pointers made (+120)

We love this Alex Caruso line as one of the best Thunder-Nuggets player props for Game 5. Caruso has been playing big minutes for the Thunder over the last two games and we expect him to play a key role in their rotation for this huge Game 5. Caruso averaged only a little over one made three per game this season. In the playoffs, however, he has taken his game up a notch.

Caruso is averaging 1.8 made threes per game these playoffs. He has made at least two threes in three of the four games this series against the Nuggets and in four of the six games these playoffs, where he’s played at least 20 minutes. The fact that the book is giving +120 for this line makes it even more enticing.

Nikola Jokic: Under 28.5 points (-121)

Since Game 1 of this series, the Thunder have figured out how to guard Jokic. Either that or Jokic is running out of steam. Regardless, Jokic is going to have a tough time scoring 29 or more points in Game 5. Jokic has only surpassed this number three times in these playoffs. He is averaging the second-lowest playoff scoring average of his career at 24.9 points per game.

Jokic has seen his efficiency drop off a cliff recently. The Joker hasn’t shot over 50% from the field since Game 6 against the Clippers and is a combined 21-of-63 from the field over his last three games.

Michael Porter Jr.: Under 11.5 points (+100)

Michael Porter Jr. seems to be struggling with a shoulder injury. He also has been incredibly inconsistent throughout the postseason. Porter Jr. has only scored double digits in five of the 11 playoff games so far. On top of that, he has only 11 or more once in this Thunder series. The Thunder have figured out how to keep Porter Jr. quiet, and we see him continuing to shoot poorly on the road in Game 5. Whether it is because of injury or just a playoff slump, we can’t bet on a big scoring night for Porter Jr.
