Once again FOX’s Big Noon Kickoff is going to go head-to-head with ESPN’s College GameDay in a battle of pregame college football show supremacy.
College GameDay has just announced that they will be heading to Boulder, Colorado next week for the Colorado-Colorado State game. It will mark the first time since 1996 that ESPN has taken its show to Boulder.
“Colorado get ready, WE’RE COMIN’! For the first time since 1996, we’re headed to Boulder as Coach Prime and 2-0 @CUBuffsFootball host the Rocky Mountain Showdown with rival Colorado State!” College GameDay posted on X.

That announcement came a mere 13 minutes before FOX’s Big Noon Kickoff announced that it too would be bringing the show to Folsom Field in Colorado next weekend. They’re one-upped ESPN by announcing that Rob Gronkowski will be their guest that day.
“BOULDER WE’RE COMING BACK Catch the Big Noon Kickoff crew with special guest @RobGronkowski in Boulder and then tune in to watch Penn State vs Illinois on FOX for Big Noon Saturday,”

Everyone wants to get a closeup of Deion Sanders and his phenomenal Colorado Buffaloes after the start they’ve had to this season.
Colorado are 2-0 to start the year after winning just one game all of last year. They have no less than two legitimate Heisman Trophy contenders right now with quarterback Shedeur Sanders and wide receiver/cornerback Travis Hunter.
And of course, they have Coach Prime.
Both shows are going to be must-see TV next week.
