Can Jaden Robinson make enough noise to secure a spot on the Broncos’ practice squad in 2025?
Jaden Robinson signed this year as an undrafted college free agent with the Denver Broncos.
He has a prime opportunity to show Vance Joseph and Sean Payton that he has what it takes to help this defense and develop into a play-making defensive back for the Broncos.

How he fits with the Broncos
Coming out of Oregon State, I wouldn’t think we’d expect much more out of Robinson than to find a way to make the practice squad. He’s a wiry player who’s shown consistent play as he rounded out his college career.
The big thing he needs to show the team is that he’s got the ability to learn quickly and put in the work required for him to take a big step forward with his play and earn a way onto this team.
He’s going to be a player who gets some opportunities later in the preseason games to see the field a lot. Guys like this need to make the best of those opportunities and make some big-time plays to make sure the coaches can see that he has play-making abilities worth developing.
Final Word
Robinson isn’t a player on paper who is likely to stay on the Broncos roster in any form. One of the most fun parts of training camp and the preseason games is getting to see these kinds of long shots show up and show out.
The hope that Broncos Country has is that one of the team’s great western area scouts has seen something in Robinson that everyone else missed. He’s being given a huge opportunity and I’m excited to see what he’s capable of making out of it.
