Denver Broncos wide receiver Jerry Jeudy has only played one season in the NFL, but one could make an argument that he’s already one of the top route runners in the league.
The Checkdown, one of the NFL’s social pages, recently posted a montage of Jeudy’s impressive route running from his rookie season:

Jeudy’s routes were amazing and his overall numbers were solid (52 receptions for 856 yards and three touchdowns), but he was hindered by drops in 2020. Jeudy dropped nine passes last year, the second-most in the league. He aims to address that area of his game in the offseason.
“There’s things that I can do to fix the drop issue,” Jeudy said during a recent interview with Broncos Wire. “You know, just focus more on hand-eye coordination drills, the strength in my hands, stuff like that.”
Plenty of star wide receivers had seasons with more drops than they would like. Few star receivers were poor route runners. Jeudy will be fine.
