Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady has won seven Super Bowls in his career, more than any other QB in NFL history.
If not for Olivia Manning, Brady would have even more rings — according to her son, Peyton.

While promoting “The Match” last week, Manning suggested that Brady would have 11 Super Bowl rings instead of seven if Peyton and his brother Eli hadn’t been born.
Manning, of course, was referencing the two times Eli beat Brady in the Super Bowl and the three times he beat Brady in AFC Championships.
Quick math shows that the brothers stopped Brady five times in the playoffs, but Manning only said they prevented him from winning four more titles.
That presumably means Manning doesn’t think Brady would have beaten the Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl XLVIII. Denver had a record-setting offense that year but Seattle’s defense dominated them in a 43-8 Super Bowl showdown.
We’ll never know for sure if Brady would have beaten the Seahawks, but we do know Peyton and Eli were Brady’s kryptonite in the playoffs.
