In addition to starring in Frito-Lay’s Super Bowl LV commercial with his brother Eli and dad Archie, Peyton Manning also appeared in Michelob ULTRA’s “Happy” ad for the Big Game.
In the commercial, Manning is seen wearing a cowboy hat throwing darts with former NFL wide receiver Brandon Stokley. They were teammates together with the Indianapolis Colts from 2003-2006.
When Manning was cut by the Colts in 2012, a then-free agent Stokley ran routes for Manning at a Denver-area park when the quarterback was visiting the Broncos. Denver ended up signing Manning to a five-year contract and the QB then talked them into signing his friend Stokley as well.

Stokley won Super Bowl XXXV early in his career with the Baltimore Ravens and later won Super Bowl XLI with Manning in Indy. Manning went on to also win Super Bowl 50 with the Denver Broncos before retiring in 2016. Manning was named a member of the 2021 Pro Football Hall of Fame class on Saturday evening.
