NFL Draft Preview: This is going to be a strange night for me. As a Denver Broncos fan, going into an NFL Draft not even thinking or talking about quarterbacks is surreal. I’d almost forgot what its like to evaluate a draft class with the focus on making the roster better — as opposed to desperately hoping they find a franchise quarterback and seeing them whiff time and again.
Not this time. With Bo Nix in the mix, the Broncos are set. Now, I can just sit back and enjoy the draft process and focus on the rest of the NFL for a change. This class is super interesting and no one position is top heavy. It should create an atmosphere that could create multiple trades in the back half of the first round.
It should be a very fun evening for us all.
