The 2022 USFL season will wrap up on Sunday evening when the Birmingham Stallions (9-1) face the Philadelphia Stars (6-4) in the league’s championship game at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton, Ohio.
The USFL’s championship game will begin at 5:30 p.m. MT and will be nationally televised on Fox. Fans can stream the game on fuboTV (free trial).
Given that they only lost one game during the regular season, it’s not surprising that the Stallions are considered 4.5-point favorites in the title game, according to Tipico Sportsbook. The over/under for total points scored in the game has been set at 45.5.
Sunday’s game will feature four former Denver Broncos players, including punter Colby Wadman, who played for the team from 2018-2019.
After the USFL season concludes on Sunday evening, players can begin signing with NFL teams as early as Monday, but a player would first need to be granted a release from his USFL team before jumping to the NFL.
