Denver fans haven’t been this amped in a long time.

For the first time in a long time, fans have a little spring in their step thinking about the Denver Broncos. Over the last decade, there has been uncertainty surrounding just about everything, including ownership, coach, quarterback, and just about everything in between.

Going into 2025, the Broncos finally have stability in all the areas where it truly matters. Fans and the team can ignore the distractions of disfunction and focus on football.

So, how good are the Broncos going to be this year?

Expectations say that Denver should be better than last year. Bo Nix is that much more confident in Sean Payton’s offence, RJ Harvey hopes to be the answer to the Broncos running woes, and acquisitions at TE and WR should juice what was already a productive offense. Plus, what was a top defense in the NFL last year should be as dominant if not more this season.

While Bo Nix dazzled in his rookie year, there will likely be hiccups and bumps along the way as he embarks on his sophomore year with the Broncos. He’ll have to acquaint himself with the new faces on this offense and it could take some time to get used to the new weapons. How will he respond now that he’s got a running game supporting him?

It’s hard to temper enthusiasm with patience, but Broncos Country may have to try. As with every season, there will be setbacks and surprises. It’s been a long time since Denver was this relevant. It’s important for fans to enjoy the good times and give the team a little breathing room when they stumble.

The 2025 Broncos should be a good football team and they have the potential to be great. Offseason expectations will give way to reality soon enough. Buckle up, Broncos Country!
