The Denver Broncos – on paper at least – are not only in the conversation as the NFL’s best defense, but even taking the top spot.
With all the talk being about Bo Nix entering year two and the weapons around him, head coach Sean Payton has quietly added some key pieces to the Denver Broncos defense. With minimal turnover, they’ve added an elite inside linebacker, an elite safety, and a first round cornerback. Add it all up and Devin McCourty sees a solid candidate for the best defense in the NFL in 2025.
At the end, he did note that if someone wanted to put the Philadelphia Eagles ahead of them its all good. He felt both were close and put Denver first on his list. Do you think the Broncos defense will live up to the hype?
