In an offseason where a handful of front office personnel were hired away by other franchises, the Denver Broncos have hired Camren Williams to become their Co-Director of Player Personnel.
Good morning, Broncos Country.
This offseason, the Denver Broncos had a handful of front office personnel poached away from other teams. It speaks volumes about how other teams viewed the franchise’s front office staff. Unfortunately, it also means the Broncos have a lot of experience to replace. In order to help fill some the void, they hired Camren Williams from the New England Patriots to be their Co-Director of Player Personnel.
Broncos have hired Cam Williams as Co-Director of Player Personnel, per sources. Williams interviewed last week with the Broncos.

A former linebacker, Williams played his collegiate ball at Ohio State from 2012-2015 where he was a national champion. Instead of playing in the National Football League, his journey went toward the away of evaluation. In his first role, he was a scouting assistant with the Patriots back in 2016. In nearly a decade with the Patriots, he served as an area and national scout, and most recently as their Director of College Scouting for the past few seasons.
Williams’ contract with the Patriots expired after this past draft. While their drafts over that time frame haven’t been particularly good, various reports signify Williams is a well-respected talent evaluator in league circles. Let’s hope he can help make a difference in Denver’s front office.
