For the Broncos, they placed linebacker Mark Barron and defensive lineman DeMarcus Walker on the injured reserve. This will sideline both players for at least three weeks and they’ll be eligible to be activated off it when healthy after that point and time.
For today’s practice, rookie wide receiver Jerry Jeudy(ribs) was limited with a rib injury that shortly sidelined him during the loss versus the Steelers. Defensive lineman Jurrell Casey (elbow) and Shelby Harris (neck) were also limited during today’s practice.
Obviously, starting quarterback Drew Lock (throwing shoulder) and running back Phillip Lindsay (toe) remained sidelined and are expected to be out a few weeks at least. Joining the two as DNP’s was cornerback Devontae Harris who was sidelined with a hamstring injury.
As for the Buccaneers, wide receiver Chris Godwin put in full practice after missing last Sunday’s game with a concussion. He looks good to go for Sunday’s game. The only player for the Bucs to sit out practice was wide receiver Justin Watson. So, the Bucs are looking healthy and they head into a game vs. the banged up Denver Broncos.
