Now that the 2020 NFL regular season has wrapped up, the Denver Broncos know they will select ninth overall in the first round of the 2021 NFL draft. The complete NFL draft order for non-playoff teams can be seen on Draft Wire.

The Broncos’ 2020 draft class was headlined by wide receivers Jerry Jeudy and KJ Hamler, cornerback Michael Ojemudia, tight end Albert Okwuegbunam and guard Netane Muti.
In 2019, Denver’s draft class included tight end Noah Fant, guard Dalton Risner, quarterback Drew Lock and defensive lineman Dre’Mont Jones. In 2018, the Broncos’ picks included outside linebacker Bradley Chubb, wide receiver Courtland Sutton and linebacker Josey Jewell.
Denver’s needs in this year’s draft include cornerback, defensive line, offensive tackle, inside linebacker and safety. Depending on the status of Drew Lock, quarterback might also be a need. And depending on the statuses of Melvin Gordon and Phillip Lindsay, running back might be added to the list of needs as well.
