Very fair point, Taylor. While there are two solid candidates to back up Wolters at catcher, neither appears ready for the spotlight of being a number one. Serven and Rabago still have a ways to go down in ABQ, so a long-term injury to Tony could derail this squad.
Second base should not worry you one bit. It’s unclear what 2020 will look like for Rodgers, but he’ll be fine overall during the course of young career. Regardless, Ryan McMahon is a potential All-Star at 2B this season; at worst, you will look like a genius for selecting him for your fantasy team.
Left field is much of the same. With several capable candidates out there, Colorado can use a platoon to get the most out of that position. As for the bullpen, it’s always a crap shoot, but they have a few quality arms that can come together and really give the club some support, especially if the starting pitching doesn’t play out.
Thanks for chiming in, Taylor. Keep it coming.
