hey guys,
just thinking about brett rypien and what his role is moving forwards? the organization clearly values something about him. when lock was here, i think it was believable that they wanted rypien to be an extension of the coaching staff in the room, but now that lock is gone and the broncos don’t have a young qb to develop, what exactly is brett’s role this year and moving forwards? we all expect him to be an eventual coach in the nfl but is that something that could happen this year?
several teams- including the rams, 49ers, packers and vikings who all who fall under the same umbrella as the broncos- all have assistant quarterback coaches. the broncos currently don’t have one. not crazy to think it *could* be brett if he wants to transition to coaching this year. what do y’all think?
