I agree totally on Tynan. Maybe it’s a reward for his assists on the Eagles, but he’ll be 28 next week and will never be an NHL regular. This is the perfect opportunity to give prospects a taste, like with Kaut. They resigned Greer, so why not give him a chance now? Or Bowers? I think Dries or O’Connor would be more productive, too, and at least they have a chance to be bottom-six skaters in the NHL. Frankly, it’s mystifying.
