The Denver Broncos are rolling up 31-0 over the Kansas City Chiefs after three quarters of play.
The Kansas City Chiefs got the ball to start the second half down 24-0. They got to about midfield before the Denver Broncos defense clamped down with a third down sack by John Franklin-Myers and Nik Bonitto to force the punt. The Denver Broncos wouldn’t do much with their possession either and would punt it right back.
The punt game continued for Kansas City, but on Denver’s next drive a big play by Javonte Williams got the Broncos across midfield and then another swing pass to Jaleel McLaughlin picked up seven to put Denver on the verge of field goal range with the third quarter zooming by.
A bit loss on the next drive by McLaughlin set up a third and 11 where Nix fired a bullet down the middle of the field to Devaughn Vele for a 32 yard gain to the 10 yard line.

A few plays later on third and goal, Nix went on a swing pass to Marvin Mims Jr. again who fought his way through the muck for a 7-yard touchdown reception.

Broncos 31, Chiefs 0.
With the 31-0 lead, the Broncos were in cruise control with the third quarter winding down. Their playoff ticket all but punched for the first time since the 2015 season.
