The Denver Broncos have locked down their All-Pro defensive lineman to a four-year contract extension.

The Denver Broncos have reportedly signed All-Pro defensive tackle Zach Allen to a four-year, $102 million contract extension. The deal, per Adam Schefter of ESPN, will include $69.5 million in guarantees. With this year included, the total contract extension comes to a five-year, $115.25 million deal.

Another deal in Denver: Broncos are signing All-Pro DL Zach Allen to a four-year, $102 million deal that includes $69.5 million guaranteed, per ESPN sources.

Allen, 27, was entering the final year of his deal and Denver did not want to risk letting him walk. The deal puts Allen right in the range of guarantees for similar deals which was $55-75 million. He is entering his prime years and this deal will lock him down in Denver for that.

Last season, according to Andrew Mason, Allen had a whooping 40 quarterback hits. The only other interior defensive lineman to achieve that was Aaron Donald back in 2018. If anyone says the Broncos overpaid, they don’t know what they are talking about. Recognition for his play hasn’t quite caught up as that incredible season only garnered a second-team All-Pro selection.

Last up now on the contract extension parade should be Nik Bonitto. The projection we initially had several weeks ago can likely be tossed out a nearby window. With Courtland Sutton at $92 million, Zach Allen at $102 million, we can assume the biggest deal is the last one coming. Bonitto about to get paid.
