The Denver Broncos are rumored to open their season at home against the Tennessee Titans in Week 1.
The Denver Broncos have gotten another credible schedule leak coming through. It appears they will open the season at home against the Tennessee Titans. That defense we’re all excited about is going to welcome Titans’ first round pick, Cam Ward, to the NFL that weekend.

In the NFL, momentum is a real thing so I always like it when Denver has an opportunity to open the season at home and get an early win. Nothing is a give-me in the league, but if they can win this game and maybe the next they could build some early season momentum.
The Broncos and Titans have played 44 times and the Titans franchise holds a 25–18–1 edge all-time. Denver has had a rough go in recent matchups as has most of their seasons post Super Bowl 50, dropping two of the last three meetings. In their latest meeting on November 13, 2022, the Broncos lost on the road 17–10 to the Titans, struggling to get their offense going in a defensive slugfest in a typical game during the Russell Wilson era.
Surprisingly, in the four games these two teams have played since 2016, the highest scoring team scored 17 points. Despite being 1-3 over that span, Denver has outscored Tennessee 50-46. Hopefully we see a higher scoring game from Bo Nix and the Broncos in Week 1.
