The Denver Broncos did not have a first-round pick to use in the 2022 NFL draft on Thursday evening after trading it to the Seattle Seahawks as part of the Russell Wilson trade earlier this offseason.
The Broncos do have three picks on Day 2, however, with two of those selections coming from the Los Angeles Rams in exchange for outside linebacker Von Miller in a mid-season trade last year.
Denver’s first selection is at the bottom of the second round, followed by two more picks in the third round. Here’s a look at the team’s selections on Friday.
Round 2: 64 (via LAR)
Round 3: 75 (own pick)

Former Broncos pass rusher Elvis Dumervil will announce one of the team’s third-round picks, the NFL revealed Thursday. Dumervil totaled 63.5 sacks and earned three Pro Bowl nods in six seasons with Denver.
The Broncos are also scheduled to make six more picks on Day 3 of the draft. Here are their picks for Saturday.
Round 4: 115 (own pick)
Round 4: 116 (via SEA)
Round 5: 152 (own pick)
Round 6: 206 (via PHL)
Round 7: 232 (own pick)
Round 7: 234 (via DET)
Last year, Denver added 10 players in the draft. Once the draft concludes this weekend, the Broncos will fill their roster with college free agents.
