The Denver Broncos have moved a few players to injured reserve and activated/signed others.

The Denver Broncos have shifted things around on the roster on Tuesday. The unfortunate news is that wide receiver KJ Hamler has officially been moved to injured reserve after tearing his ACL on Sunday. They also activated quarterback Brett Rypien off the practice squad, which means they plan to carry three active quarterbacks on the roster this week.

The team also announced they have signed wide receiver David Moore off of the Las Vegas Raiders’ practice squad. Moore, 26, spent his first three seasons with the Seattle Seahawks as a seventh-round pick in 2017. He brings 4.43 speed too, which Denver will need with the loss of Hamler. He logged 78 passes for 1,163 yards and 13 touchdowns with Seattle.

Here are all of the roster changes the Broncos made this week.

Placed on Injured Reserve

  • KJ Hamler, WR
  • Jonas Griffith, ILB

Elevated from Practice Squad

  • Brett Rypien, QB

Signed

  • David Moore, WR

Released

  • Pita Taumoepenu, OLB (9/25)
