Amid a disastrous 2025 campaign, the Tennessee Titans have several players listed as a trade candidate this year, but wide receiver Calvin Ridley is garnering plenty of interest. According to ESPN, they believe Ridley is one of the four players on the current roster who could be on the move before the trade deadline. At age 30, he isn’t the most exceptional route-runner, but he has a ton of potential to turn into a formidable offensive weapon for a contender this season. However, he won’t be getting most of the success anymore in Tennessee, even though rookie Cam Ward favors Ridley when the receiver is healthy.
Originally selected in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft, the former Alabama product is catching the attention of the Pittsburgh Steelers. They shouldn’t be the only team that might be waiting in the wings for Ridley to become available, as several suitors could become interested in the former Atlanta Falcon. Ridley was once a productive wideout in the league, notching back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons, and ever since coming to the Titans, he hasn’t been the most useful receiver. The only thing stopping him from moving on is his current four-year, $92 million deal he signed a couple of years ago and still has two seasons left on the contract.

After hauling in just 16 receptions for 290 yards, he should be able to get some interest. The Titans could rework his contract to make the trade easier, which they probably should. This would get the ball moving for Tennessee to embrace the rebuild for Ward and its future offense. These three suitors could bite.
