The Denver Broncos have taken the field for Day 2 of publicly open training camp. Join the discussion on today’s happenings here in the comments section.

Welcome to Day 2 of Denver Broncos camp. The first day of camp was heavy on the Bo Nix coverage and for good reason. He’s the guy fans are most excited about overall. Nix looked crisp in that first session and hit a few long passes for the benefit of the crowd too. Troy Franklin and Pat Bryant both shined and rookie punter Jeremy Crawshaw really took advantage of the mile high altitude in that first practice session.

We’ll be tracking the days events and posting any interesting tidbits in this post today. Stay tuned at the end of each practice session as Scotty Payne will be publishing all of the news and notes from the Day 2 later this afternoon.

Mike McGlinchey is out here but not in shells. Has a sleeve over his right leg.

Look for the Broncos to wear their alternate white helmets more this year as they can now wear them with their primary jerseys per this year’s NFL bylaw changes regarding uniforms, according to Broncos president Damani Leech, who says you’ll see more combinations in 2025: pic.twitter.com/CwykmHCeu5

Broncos President @dleech9’s update on the stadium ⬇️

️ “We’re trying to do our due diligence. We’re not trying to rush. We talk about being quick but not hurrying on it because it is a 30-40-50 year decision.”

Kyrese Rowan made a leaping catch in the back corner of the end zone past Quinton Newsome in red zone 7-on-7.

Heck of a grab for the undrafted rookie, who seemingly does good things every day.

Troy Franklin with a touchdown catch from Jarrett Stidham in 7on7 red zone.

He continues to stack good days.

Kris Abrams-Draine dropped the easiest INT of his life.

Miscommunication between Bo Nix and Devaughn Vele led to pass hitting KAD in the chest. But he couldn’t hold on.

Riley Moss with a nice PBU in the end zone on Pat Bryant.

Good play by Moss, but also good play by Pat.

Bo scrambles and Pat did a good job creating a second route and giving himself an opportunity to make a play. Just too hard to haul it in on the sideline with Moss on him.

First period of 11-on-11 done.

—Sai’Vion Jones with a pretty swim move on one rep, would’ve been a sack on Sam Ehlinger
—One-armed run stuff by Eyioma Uwazurike on Jaleel McLaughlin
—Jahdae Barron mixing it up all over the place

First round of team drills done at #BroncosCamp. Red zone work.

Bo Nix and DeVaughn Vele weren’t on the same page on a curl. Kris Abram’s-Draine couldn’t bring the interception opportunity at his shins.

Great throw from Bo after he escaped the pocket. Gave Pat Bryant a chance…

#Broncos LB Drew Sanders carted off the field … was getting looked at on the sideline for quite a while. Got helped up on the cart and helped into the locker room

Kris Abrams-Draine with a touchdown-saving PBU in the end zone.

Bo Nix put a fade up to Pat Bryant, hit his hands, looked like a touchdown, then KAD swatted it right before it would have been a touchdown.

Que Robinson continues to impress.

Had another sack today.

Sean Payton stated Riley Moss had a good season last year.

“He does a lot of things well”

Broncos coach Sean Payton said there is no update on Drew Sanders but it is not his Achilles

Broncos wrap practice.

Red zone is the emphasis today. Drew Sanders’ injury is the big story. It’s not an Achilles, Sean Payton says. Standouts include Riley Moss, Karene Reid, Marvin Mims Jr., RJ Harvey, Kyrese Rowan, Que Robinson, Sai’Vion Jones, Kris Abrams-Draine.
