The Dallas Cowboys (6-1) are looking like a complete team through the first half of the season, while the Denver Broncos (4-4) have plenty of concerns and questions to answer. A strong showing in Week 9 could help some confidence return to Broncos Country as we enter the second half of the 2021 regular season.

I believe the two keys to a Broncos win today will be ball control on offense and scoring points. Defensively, it won’t matter as much how they perform if the Broncos offense is able to control the ball for upwards of 40 minutes. If they can’t do that then the Cowboys offense is going to begin running up the score.
In a way, I am predicting exactly that. I have the Broncos losing 27-24 in our score predictions post and that is with the above in mind. I gave the nod to the home team in a close game, but if Denver is able to control the ball and score points anything could happen!
